Module 1. Member Success Program, MSP101

Basic Training for New Members (Mandatory). Refresh Training for existing members (at least once a year).

Objective:

Introduction to BNI Referral System & Procedures:- Held at a BNI location every first working Monday of the month. This training module includes practical guidelines on:

1.    How to give qualified referrals?

2.    How to attract qualified referrals?

3.    How to build rapport with fellow members?

4.    How to make effective presentations?

5.    How to grow the chapter?

Module 2. Member Workshop

Member Success Program, MSP Workshop. Advanced Training for BNI Members (Recommended).

Objective

Existing members attend periodic workshop to advanced networking skills.

Goals
1.    Further enhance your knowledge and skills in referrals marketing.
2.    Increase the referral your competencies.
3.    Advance training on public speaking abilities.
4.    In depth training on reinforcing positive word-of-mouth strategies.
5.    Improve the rapport & trust amongst members through VCP.
6.    Grow the chapter size, increase referrals passed, and turn referrals into SMTM deals.

Requirements
1.    BNI Members MUST have already attended the MSP101 Basic.
2.    Must have been a member for a minimum of 3 months.
3.    Class will proceed only with a minimum of 15 participants.

Duration: 2-3 hours

Topics include, but not limited to the following:

•    "60 SECOND DAZZLE" - maximise your SALES MANAGER MINUTE! Make every second count.

•    "COUNTING YOUR DAYS TO FAME" – Create the excitement and raise expectations so members look forward to your SHOW CASE PRESENTATION!

•    "DANCING YOUR WAY TO SUCCESS" – Make your Dance Cards work for you – have fun while building on those relationships.

•    "TURN PINK SLIPS INTO PAY CHEQUES" – BNI is a potential business referral machine. Create referral opportunities for yourself and turn those referrals into income you deserve.
